By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


2. Processing Times

We dispatch orders Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 working days
  • Busy periods: Processing may take slightly longer during sales, new drops, or holiday seasons
  • Pre‑orders: Dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page

If there is any unexpected delay, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen delivery method.

Typical options include:

  • UK Standard Delivery
  • UK Tracked Delivery
  • Express Delivery (where available)
  • Local pickup (if enabled in-store)

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows:

  • UK Standard: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • UK Tracked/Express: 1–2 working days after dispatch

International shipping may be available on request; delivery times vary by destination.

Please note:

  • Couriers may experience delays beyond our control
  • Weather, strikes, customs, and seasonal peaks can affect delivery times

5. Order Tracking

If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

If you haven’t received a dispatch email after 3 working days, feel free to contact us.


6. Packaging & Condition

We take great care when packing your items—especially collectibles and pre‑loved pieces.

  • Fragile items are wrapped securely
  • Pre‑loved items are packed to preserve their condition
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can resend it, but additional postage fees may apply
  • Refunds for unclaimed parcels exclude original shipping costs

8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed:

  • Check the tracking link
  • Contact the courier directly if possible
  • Reach out to us if the parcel is significantly overdue

A parcel is considered “lost” only once the courier confirms it.

We will assist with claims, but we cannot issue replacements or refunds until the courier’s investigation is complete.


9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Include photos of the packaging and item
  • Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or claim with the courier.


10. International Orders (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • Local taxes

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.


11. Pre‑Orders & Special Releases

For limited‑edition or pre‑order items:

  • Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page
  • Orders containing pre‑order items may be held until all items are ready
  • If you want in‑stock items sooner, please place separate orders
